At Deymeh (Al-Khairat Food Production), our vision is to solidify our status as the most trusted and dependable provider of artisanal Middle Eastern pickled products and other traditional foods for distributors, retailers and consumers across Lebanon and worldwide. 

We plan to further grow our footprint far beyond the lush Bekaa Valley fields where we sustainably source our cucumbers, cauliflower, olives and aromatic herbs. From the fertile soil of our ancestral land to tables spanning Europe, the Gulf states and the United States, we aim for the Deymeh brand to become synonymous with premium quality, consistency and authenticity.

Our dedicated team strives tirelessly, using generations-old methods perfected by our ancestors, to craft pickled delights honoring the cultural heritage of Lebanon. We bridge past and future traditions by pairing time-honored techniques with advanced production facilities and practices to meet large-scale demand. 

As we expand into new markets abroad, our mission focuses on diversifying our line of products to introduce more people worldwide to the vibrant tastes of pickled turnips, chili peppers, eggplants and mixed vegetable blends unique to our region.
