I was raised in a family that cherished preparing fresh, wholesome meals using simple, natural ingredients. My family would make flavorful dishes every summer from vegetables and herbs freshly harvested from our backyard garden - these recipes eventually became the early beginnings of the "Deymeh" product line you enjoy today.  

In 2006, I decided to honor my family's legacy by launching my own small business selling artisanal versions of our recipes, sourcing ingredients directly from farms in the fertile Bekaa Valley region. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch my homegrown company, started with just my passion and perseverance, grow over the years into a nationally-distributed brand thanks to the loyalty of many supportive believers. I'm sincerely grateful for everyone who believed in my mission and helped bring high quality, small-batch foods from my heritage to tables across the country.
